Child Safety and Protection Standards

01. Introductory Provisions

These Child Safety and Protection Standards apply to the meetin.bar mobile application and related website and digital services (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Platform”) operated by MEETin s.r.o., Company ID: 180 47 840, with its registered office at Povltavská 5/74, 171 00 Prague 7 – Troja, Czech Republic, email: info@meetin.bar (hereinafter referred to as the “Operator”). This page constitutes the publicly available standards of the meetin.bar platform regarding the prevention of child sexual abuse and exploitation.

“CSAE” (Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation) is the internationally recognized English term for the sexual abuse and sexual exploitation of children.

“CSAM” (Child Sexual Abuse Material) is the internationally recognized English term for material depicting the sexual abuse of children.

All rules governing the use of the Platform are set out in the Terms of Use.

If you place a paid order through the Platform, the General Terms and Conditions shall apply to such relationship in addition to these Terms of Use.

The processing of personal data is governed by a separate Personal Data Processing Policy.

02. Zero Tolerance for CSAE and CSAM

The meetin.bar Platform is intended exclusively for individuals aged 18 and over. Registration for or use of the platform by persons under 18 is prohibited.

The Operator maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward any form of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) and any Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM).

03. Prohibited Conduct and Prohibited Content

The following is strictly prohibited on the platform, in particular:

  • contacting minors for the purpose of abuse or sexual exploitation,
  • grooming, sexual solicitation, sextortion, or any other conduct aimed at the sexual abuse or exploitation of a child,
  • searching for, creating, storing, uploading, sharing, distributing, promoting, or facilitating CSAM or any content related to the sexual abuse or exploitation of children,
  • using profiles, photographs, messages, usernames, descriptions, orders, or any other platform functionality for CSAE- or CSAM-related activity.

04. Reporting and Notices

Users may report inappropriate content, harassment, abuse, suspected CSAE, CSAM, or any other violation of these Standards directly through the application or by email at safety@meetin.bar.

05. Child Safety Contact

The dedicated point of contact for child safety matters and CSAE / CSAM-related reports is safety@meetin.bar. This address also serves as the child safety point of contact for communications with Google Play and other relevant entities.

06. Enforcement and Actions

Each report is reviewed without undue delay. If the Operator obtains credible knowledge of a violation of these Standards, it may remove or disable access to content, restrict or suspend an account, permanently terminate an account, block further use of the service, and take any other appropriate measures.

Where required by applicable law or by the nature of the case, the Platform may preserve relevant information and report the matter to competent authorities or other competent entities in accordance with applicable law.

07. Legal Compliance

The Operator is committed to acting in accordance with applicable laws and obligations relating to child protection, CSAE, and CSAM.
