This document constitutes a permanent information layer regarding the use of cookies and similar technologies. The actual granting, refusal or modification of consent to non-technical cookies takes place via a separately implemented cookie bar.
This Cookie Policy applies to the meetin.bar website and to related web interfaces operated by the Controller on which this Policy is made available, unless a separate policy is expressly stated for a specific service.

In all other cases, particularly for analytical, marketing and most persistent preference cookies, their use is subject to your prior consent.
You may grant consent on a category-by-category basis, or for specific purposes where supported in the preferences centre. Consent is voluntary, and failure to grant it must not in itself lead to disproportionate harm or to the blocking of content that is not technically dependent on such consent.
Simply remaining on the website, scrolling the page, or closing the cookie bar without making a selection or with a pre-ticked option does not constitute consent.
05. Duration of storage and retention of selection records
The specific storage period for individual cookies is available via the cookie banner within the Platform.
Unless otherwise specified in the specific overview, the Controller adheres to the following principles:
- information regarding consent granted is generally retained for a period of 12 months from the date of consent,
- information regarding the refusal of consent is generally retained for a period of 6 months from the last display of the cookie banner,
- following a significant change to the purposes, providers or consent settings, the user may be asked to reconfigure their settings,
- after cookies are deleted from the user’s device, the cookie banner may be displayed again.
A record of your cookie preferences may also be retained for the purpose of demonstrating compliance with the Controller’s legal obligations and protecting its legal claims to the extent necessary for this purpose.
